Service Restored 1:54 p.m.: The issue with receiving calls to 5-HELP has been resolved. Callers are now able to contact the IT Service Center by calling 303-735-4357 (HELP).
Issue Reported 12:51 p.m.: The IT Service Center is currently unable to receive calls via 5-HELP. If you are experiencing any technical issues please send an email to help@colorado.edu. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
