On Saturday, October 31 from 1:00 - 2:00 a.m., Qualtrics will be undergo maintenance by the vendor. During this timeframe, users will be able to continue collecting anonymous survey responses, via a general link. However, they will not be able to log in or collect unique survey responses, via a personalized link. This means that if you have an active survey and a respondent begins in a personalized link during this scheduled outage, the respondent will receive an error message when they open the survey. The survey will be unavailable and no responses will be collected. If they are already taking the survey, they will receive an error message on their next click (unless their next click is after the maintenance ends).
