Service Restored by 1:15 pm: VoiceThread has indicated that the issue in which users were unable to log in to VoiceThread has been resolved. The error message no longer displays, and users can access the application after logging in.
Service Issue Reported at 8:24 am: OIT monitoring has detected an issue in which users are unable to log in to VoiceThread. A message displays indicating that there is an opensaml error. At this time the issue appears to be intermittent. The vendor has been engaged, however it is possible that the issue may not be resolved before Monday. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
