Service Update 5:17 p.m.: Those that reset their IdentiKey password or actived their account on 4/22/2015 will need to reset to a different password. Please visit the IdentiKey service page for links to reset.
Service Restored 4:52 p.m.: The authentication service has been restored. Password changes and new IdentiKeys created after 7:15 a.m. today may have been lost. OIT will continue to investigate and will post updates regarding the issue here.
Service Update 3:47 p.m.: OIT is still working to resolve. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
Service Update 1:58 p.m.: Additional issues have arose with authentication services. You may have trouble logging into various services. OIT is investigating the issue and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Between 12:45 - 1:00 p.m. there was an issue with authentication services. During that time you may have experienced trouble logging into various services. Authentication services have been restored and OIT is investigated the root cause of the problem.
