Service restored 7:26 p.m.: OIT has updated the campus’s version of Dirsync, resolving the password synchronization issue with Office 365. If users change their password in CU Boulder Identity Manager it will be synced with their CU Boulder Microsoft Office 365 account.

Service issue reported: Password changes that are made in CU Boulder Identity Manager are not being synced with one’s Microsoft Office 365 account. OIT is working with Microsoft to update the campus’s version of Dirsync, an Office 365 account management tool, in order to resolve this issue. This is being addressed as a high priority issue.

Until the issue is resolved, Office 365 users who change their password in CU Boulder Identity Manager will need to use their old IdentiKey password to login to Office 365.
