Service Restored: 9/9/14, 9:13 am: Users are now able to view documents in Desire2Learn. The service has been restored.

Issue Reported 9/8/14, 5:41 pm: Users are receiving a document conversion error when attempting to view documents in Desire2Learn (D2L), CU Boulder’s online learning environment. The D2L vendor is actively engaged and working on the issue. More information will be reported here as it becomes available.
