Service restored at 11:15 a.m.: Login authentication has been restored and Desire2Learn is functioning normally.
Update at 10:45 a.m.: OIT believes it has identified the cause of the authentication errors and server configurations have been made accordingly. It is anticipated that Desire2Learn will be accepting logins within the hour. Next update will be at 11:30 a.m. or earlier.
Issue description: Desire2Learn is returning an "Invalid Username/Password" error for all logins, effectively making the service unavailable. The vendor has been engaged. More information will be reported here as it becomes available.
