Service Restored at 5:16 pm: Desire2Learn stability has been restored as has the ability to upload and download files.
Issue Description: Desire2Learn, CU-Boulder’s online learning environment, is currently in a degraded state. According to the D2L vendor, an infrastructure event at the D2L Network Operations Center is causing "intermittent performance issues" which include the inability to upload/download files and slow performance. The vendor is actively engaged in restoring D2L service and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
