Service reported as restored at 12:38 p.m., Monday: Although OIT is still working with the vendor to identify and remediate the root cause of the border router failure, Internet connectivity has been stable since late Saturday night and is expected to remain stable. Because services are no longer impacted, OIT is officially closing this issue.

Service issue updated at 9:35 a.m., Sunday: Internet connectivity has remained stable, but the vendor has not yet been able to identify the root cause of the border router issue. Until the issue is identified and functionality is fully restored, there could be additional network disruptions or degradations. OIT will continue to work with the vendor today and more information will be provided here as it becomes available.

Service issue updated at 10:46 p.m.: Internet connection stabilized for now. OIT has identified this as a border router issue and the vendor has been engaged. There may be further routing disruptions throughout the evening.

Service issue updated at 10:37 p.m.: We are still experiencing problems with commodity Internet access at CU Boulder. This is affecting all of campus.

Service issue reported at 9:30 p.m.: OIT is investigating intermittent Internet connection issues.
