Service declared restored at 9:26 a.m., Tuesday: Although we have not yet received final confirmation from Desire2Learn, OIT has received no reports of D2L login issues since we reported that the issue appears to be resolved. For this reason, we are removing this as an active service alert.
Service issue updated at 3:25 p.m.: It appears that the login issue has been resolved; however, OIT is waiting for vendor confirmation before declaring the Desire2Learn service as fully restored.
Service issue reported at 1:20 p.m.: Desire2Learn is currently experiencing issues that are resulting in some login attempts failing or timing out. The vendor has been engaged. More information will be reported here as it becomes available.
