Service restored at 3:45 p.m.: Desire2Learn has restored mail delivery. There may be some residual delay as mail continues to process.
Service issue reported at 2:50 p.m.: The Desire2Learn Network Operations Center (NOC) has advised OIT that an issue with their email infrastructure is delaying email sent within Desire2Learn. Upon service restoration on vendor's end, all delayed email in the queues will be delivered. No emails will be lost.
Email messages sent from within Desire2Learn are experiencing delays.
