Service issue updated at 11:15 a.m., November 13: The inability to access Outlook Web App (OWA) could also be due to an invalid bookmark. If you are accessing OWA via a previously-created browser bookmark, please delete and recreate it as "https://exchangeweb.colorado.edu" ONLY. Ensure that there are no extra characters at the end of this URL. Once you've updated your bookmark, you may still need to clear cache as described below.
Service issue reported: Some users of the Outlook Web App (https://exchangeweb.colorado.edu) are having difficulty accessing the Exchange email and calendaring service. If you are unable to reach or log into the Outlook Web App, please clear your web browser's cache and try again. Instructions for clearing the cache are available at http://www.colorado.edu/oit/clear-cache.
