Between 11:14 and 11:50 a.m., OIT's Listproc service, which consists of processing software that allows list subscribers to share messages on email lists, was not available. During this time, the listproc server would have been unresponsive to any commands sent. In addition, any emails queued to listproc during this time would have been delayed until the service was restored. If you received a bounceback for any emails queued, you will need to resend the emails.
