Everybody can use computer troubleshooting help from time to time. Right? And if it’s offered at no charge? Well, then you’re probably asking yourself “where do I sign up?”
OIT provides free desktop support to all CU-Boulder students, faculty, staff and retirees! This applies to both personally owned and university-provided computers, tablets, and even smartphones. We provide a wide range of services including virus and malware removal, assistance with software installation, general troubleshooting, plus so much more.
You can visit one of our two walk-in support centers, located at the Technology Learning Center and Norlin Commons, give us a call, or send an email for help. Faculty and staff can even schedule an appointment to have a technician come to their office for any of their desktop support needs.
We’re more than happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have, in addition to diagnosing your technical issues. And did we mention, there’s no fee?
