Service restored: The Concur Travel & Expense System, which had remained unavailable even after the MyCUInfo portal performance issues were addressed yesterday, is now back up and functioning normally as well.
Service issue updated at 10:40 a.m.: UIS is reporting that general MyCUInfo portal performance has been restored; however, the Concur Travel & Expense System, which is accessed via the portal, remains unavailable. This issue is actively being worked on. More information will be reported here as it becomes available.
Service issue reported at 9:46 a.m.: OIT is receiving reports of MyCUInfo portal slowness. This slowness is being experienced upon login and may be present when navigating to other areas of the portal as well. In addition, at leat one portal application, the Concur Travel & Expense System, has been identified as intermittently unavailable due to server timeouts before loading of the application successfully completes. OIT has alerted UIS (University Information Systems) and an investigation is underway. More information will be reported here as it becomes available.
