Service restored at 5:30 p.m.: Desire2Learn has been running normally since late afternoon and no further reports of slowness have been received. Desire2Learn and OIT will continue to closely monitor performance.
Service issue updated at 4:30 p.m.: Desire2Learn has identified a potential routing issue and is proceeding to make a configuration change in its efforts to determine the root cause of today's ongoing performance issues. Users are reporting improvements in service. Investigations are continuing and updates will be posted here until full performance is restored.
Service issue updated at 2:25 p.m.: Desire2Learn has alleviated a load issue on one of their utility servers and is now closely monitoring things to determine whether this was the cause of today's performance issues. Users on CU-Boulder campus are reporting improved Desire2Learn performance. Investigations are continuing and updates will be posted here until full performance is restored.
Service issue updated at 11:00 a.m.: Desire2Learn continues to experience slow performance. Restoration of the Desire2Learn service to full performance is actively being worked on by Desire2Learn's Network Operations Center. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
Service issue reported at 9:15 a.m.: We are receiving reports of slow performance in Desire2Learn. OIT is working with the Desire2Learn vendor to investigate this issue. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
