Service restored at 5:15 p.m.: Access to the D2L course request and class roster areas of MyCUInfo has been fully restored and the previously-posted workaround is no longer necessary.
Service issue updated at 2:12 p.m.: It has been determined that the issue only occurs when accessing these areas of MyCUInfo from off-campus networks. If you are impacted by this issue, you can work around it by accessing MyCUInfo from the UCB network or while connected via one of CU-Boulder's VPN services.
Service issue reported at 11:28 a.m.: It has been reported that some areas of MyCUInfo are experiencing issues. Specifically, links to request D2L courses and view class roster under the Faculty Tools tab are displaying blank pages. The issue is being investigated and more information will be reported here as it becomes available.
Faculty are unable to request D2L courses or view class roster in MyCUInfo, when attempting to access from off-campus networks.
