Service issue update at 12:02 p.m., Tuesday, August 6: UIS continues to work with the vendor and is making progress towards resolution of this issue. At this time, the only Enterprise Application being affected is DARS, specifically the DARS Terminal Server. As the issue is now isolated only to the DARS Terminal server, it has been decided to close this service alert in favor of communicating directly with the DARS Terminal server users moving forward.
Service issue update at 5:06 p.m: UIS has engaged the vendor and is making progress towards service restoration. At this time, the only service still being affected is the Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS).
Service issue update at 3:43 p.m: UIS is reporting that while progress has been made to reduce the impact to affected applications, the issue remains open and is being actively worked on.
Service issue reported at 1:33 p.m.: University Information Systems (UIS) has reported that Enterprise and Business Applications are currently experiencing intermittent service issues, affecting components of the ISIS (Student Information System), as well as the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals. Intermittent maintenance pages are being displayed, and users have reported slowness or session timeouts. UIS is investigating the issue and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
The components of ISIS such as Campus Solutions, eRA, DARS, the Admissions Application, CRM, Peoplesoft HRMS and Finance, Singularity Document Management System, COGNOS, and the campus portals (MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder) may see intermittent issues such as slowness or session timeouts.
