A secondary IdentiKey server, idkey-comp, encountered problems between Saturday, July 20 and Tuesday, July 23. The primary IdentiKey server was not impacted by the problem, but IdentiKey lookups configured to go to the secondary server first, likely encountered errors.
IdentiKey lookups for things such as LDAP queries may have encountered random authentication errors as a result of the IdentiKey server problems.
