Overview
If you have forgotten your CU Login Name follow the instructions below to retrieve it using Identity Manager.
Step 1
Go to Identity Manager and click on the Forgot your CU Login Name? link.
Step 2
In the next menu, select your affiliation: Student, Faculty/Staff, or Sponsored Affiliate.
Step 3
Enter your personal information and click Continue.
Note: International students that don't have social security numbers can enter a PIN number in the designated field to authenticate. If you don't know your PIN number, contact the IT Service Center.
Step 4
If you successfully entered your personal information, your CU Login Name will be returned.
Step 5
Click Continue and you will be sent back to the login page.
