Service Restored at 6:36 p.m.:  UIS has reported that the technical issues are resolved and the portals are again available.

Service Issue Updated at 4:33 p.m.: UIS has reported that the MyCUInfo portal is again experiencing a service issue and performance is slow. UIS is troubleshooting the situation, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Restored at 2:08 p.m.:  UIS has reported that the portals are again available, and since approximately 1:00 p.m. the portals have seen more than 6,000 successful user logins. UIS noted that there may be some outstanding slowness. If you experience any issues with portal performance, please call the Service Center at 303-735-4357 (5-HELP from a campus phone).

Service Issue Updated at 1:05 p.m.:  UIS continues to troubleshoot the issues, in partnership with their storage support team. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Updated at 10:03 a.m.:  UIS has advised students that they may access the portal on the mobile site, from their smartphones, at https://m.colorado.edu until the issues with the portal are addressed.

Service Issue Updated at 9:15 a.m.:  UIS has reported that the MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals are now unavailable due to technical issues. UIS continues to troubleshoot the situation, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Service Issue Reported at 8:24 a.m.:  The MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals are experiencing technical issues. As a result, some users are seeing very slow responses when accessing the portals, such as pages rendering very slowly. University Information Services (UIS) is investigating the situation, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
