Service Restored at 12:15 p.m.: UIS has reported that the technical issues have been addressed, and all affected services are restored.
Service Issue Update at 11:51 a.m.: UIS has provided an update that the technical issues causing very slow responses for users are affecting the following applications: MyCUInfo and MyCU Boulder portals; ISIS student information system, including PeopleSoft Human Resources and Finance applications; and Degree Audit and Transfer Articulation System (DARS).
Service Issue Reported at 11:10 a.m.: The MyCUInfo and MyCUBoulder portals are experiencing technical issues. As a result, users are seeing very slow responses when accessing the portals, such as pages render very slowly. University Information Services (UIS) is investigating the situation, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
