Service Restored, 4:00 p.m.: Due to a WSA system crash and reboot this morning, applications that were actively accessing content outside of the CU-Boulder network were interrupted. Ultimately, this caused general network slowness on client machines that were routing through this system. Application restarts, as well as ending hanging processes, resolved the issue.
Service Issue Reported at 11:37 a.m.: OIT is receiving reports that some users are experiencing issues with accessing Microsoft Exchange email. OIT is investigating the situation, which may be caused by network connectivity issues on certain parts of campus. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
