Service Restored at 11:45 a.m.: OIT has addressed the technical issues that were impacting the network router. As a result, voice services are again available in the Biotechnology and Space Services (SPSC) buildings that are served by this router.
Service Issue Reported at 11:34 a.m.: A network router in Biotechnology is experiencing technical issues.This outage is causing voice services to be unavailable in the Biotechnology and Space Services (SPSC) buildings and may also be impacting wired and wireless network access. OIT's Network Operations team is investigating the issue, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
