Service Restored at 12:12 p.m.: UIS has reported that the issues with PeopleSoft HR have been addressed, and the application is again available.
Service Issue Reported at 11:27 a.m.: University Information Services (UIS) has reported that the PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) application is experiencing technical issues and is currently unavailable. This issue is likely causing the technical issues with the Pay Advice feature in the MyCUinfo portal that has been reported as currently unavailable. (You may view the related Service Alert here.) It may also be causing issues with other HR data from the PeopleSoft HR application that is accessed through portals such as MyCUinfo. UIS is investigating the situation, and more information will be posted here as it becomes available.
