Service Restored at 12:12 p.m.: The Pay Advice feature on the CU Resources tab under "Employee Information" in the MyCUinfo portal is again available. This feature was unavailable due to technical issues with the PeopleSoft HR application. The technical issues with PeopleSoft HR have been addressed. (You may view the related Service Alert here.)
Service Issue Reported at 10:56 a.m.: The MyCUinfo portal is currently experiencing technical issues. The portal is available; however, the Pay Advice feature on the CU Resources tab under "Employee Information" is currently unavailable. Users are receiving error messages indicating that the page is unavailable. OIT is working with University Information Services (UIS) to investigate and address the issues. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
