CULearn has Retired; It’s D2L Time!

Last Updated: 09/25/2012

During the past year the campus online learning environment has moved from CULearn to Desire2Learn (D2L). And now the transition is complete; CULearn was retired August 31st.

Many faculty across campus have been using D2L for their courses, research, and work groups during the past three semesters. They have experimented with D2L’s extensive set of tools, which can help make teaching and learning easier and more effective. Now we want to help you make the move to D2L, too.

To request a course in D2L, login to MyCUInfo (http://mycuinfo.colorado.edu). Within the Faculty Toolkit, click on the course that you want to be available in Desire2Learn. From the individual course page, you will be able select a “Request Desire2Learn Course” link.

To ease your transition from CULearn to D2L, we have transferred course materials from the past two academic years from CULearn to D2L. Information about accessing transferred content is available at http://oit.colorado.edu/d2l/culearn-content

We want to make the transition to D2L as simple and pain-free as possible. Here are some resources that can help.

More information about D2L is available online at http://oit.colorado.edu/d2l. Let us know how you like D2L. We look forward to helping you as you get used to this new online environment.
