E-mail for Life

Overview 

Through the E-mail for Life program, CU-Boulder graduates will automatically keep registered colorado.edu e-mail addresses accessible through CULink.

OIT provides this service in partnership with the CU Alumni Association.

Features 
  • No opt-in is required, graduates are automatically enrolled.
  • Graduates can continue receiving messages at both your CULoginName@colorado.edu and FirstName.LastName@colorado.edu addresses.
  • May 2008 graduates and beyond are able to access e-mail by logging into CULink using your CU login name and IdentiKey password.
  • When OIT migrates people off of CULink and onto Buffalo Mail, you will be contacted.

Keep your @colorado.edu address to keep your CU-Boulder contacts and connections.

Cost 

There is no-cost for this service.

Who can get it 
  • CU-Boulder alumni that graduated May 2008 and beyond get to keep their @colorado.edu e-mail address and their CULink e-mail account. They can choose to change their e-mail delivery location to a different e-mail account.
  • CU-Boulder alumni that graduated between May 2002 and December 2007 that opted into the program get to keep their @colorado.edu e-mail address, which they can forward to a different e-mail account.
How to get it 

When you graduate from CU-Boulder you will get to keep your @colorado.edu e-mail address and your e-mail account automatically, with no disruption in service.
