Computer support offers hardware diagnosis and repair, as well as software support and other technical services on a walk-in basis, such as configuration, installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. General support offers assistance with OIT's services, including e-mail and IdentiKey, Internet connectivity, telephone service, and technology-related questions.

If a problem affects a whole lab in a way that makes the lab unusable or if the majority of computers in a lab are experiencing problems, call the IT Service Center. Make sure to provide your name and contact information and state that the problem is with an OIT computing lab and give the name of the building and room number.
