There was a service issue with Desire2Learn (D2L) on May 6, 2015 from 6:01 p.m. to 8:13 p.m. MDT, which caused the service to be unavailable. This was an international outage that affected at least 143 other schools. D2L has reported that they have addressed the issue, and the Office of Information Technology (OIT) team has verified the University of Colorado Boulder D2L service is currently available. D2L and OIT continue to actively monitor the availability of the service.

Tomorrow April 14, PC users will see a new user interface for Lync: Skype for Business. Skype for Business has a similar look and feel of Skype, but provides the same level of security and control of the Lync client. Now users can collaborate with colleagues and the community--including Skype contacts--in real time, via instant messaging (IM), audio, video, and web conferencing.

Grouper is an enterprise access management system offered by OIT. It comes with a web based inteface that allows for the management of groups. Groups in the context of Grouper currently consist of email enabled groups that are on the Microsoft Office 365 service.
If you are a Grouper user, log into the tool with the following:
MyCUHub is software-as-a-service (built on the salesforce.com platform) used for constituent relationship management (CRM) initiatives for the entire CU system (all campuses and administrative units). The CU-Boulder implementation currently includes CRM for advising units of many colleges, the Office of Performance Improvement, and the Office of Industry Collaboration.
If you are a MyCUHub user, log into the tool with the following:
Make sure that you exit out of your web browser to complete your log out and end your Web Access session. On Macintosh, make sure that you go to File and select Quit.
If you've been logged into Qualtrics for an extended period of time, your Web Access session will time out and you will need to log in again.
Remember that when you are done using Qualtrics to exit out of your web browser to end your Web Access session.
