In honor of Memorial Day, the IT Service Center is closed Saturday, May 25 through Monday, May 27. On Tuesday, May 28 normal summer hours will resume. Learn more about the IT Service Center and other walk-in support centers at www.colorado.edu/oit/service-center.
The IT Service Center’s hours will change starting Friday, May 10 in accordance with the switch to CU-Boulder campus summer hours. Walk-in hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the summer, call-in help will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday while Saturday and Sunday hours will remain 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. Learn more about the IT Service Center and other walk-in support centers at www.colorado.edu/oit/service-center.
A universal lament of busy people is that there aren’t enough hours in the day to accomplish everything, but the Office of Information Technology is changing that. Well, we’re not exactly slowing down the earth’s rotation, but we are extending the hours in each day that you can get e-mail or phone support from the IT Service Center—commonly referred to as 5-HELP.
Starting August 20, the IT Service Center will open earlier and stay open later on weekdays, and we’ll also have regular weekend hours for the first time.

In an effort to better gauge the level of customer satisfaction, OIT recently began sending a one-question survey to randomly selected customers of the IT Service Center and OIT Desktop Support. The survey simply asks whether the customer was satisfied with the service they received. After indicating Yes or No, the respondent is offered the opportunity to provide additional feedback.
