Description
The Campus Printing Initiative provides printing services in OIT supported labs. This project will negotiate a new printer and print release station equipment/service contracts, review the service delivery model to determine if improvements should be made, and facilitate the distribution of new equipment.
Customer Benefit
With the new service contract in place OIT can ensure printing is seamlessly maintained in all supported labs with state of the art equipment and service.
