Management Network Upgrade

Last Updated: 04/19/2011

Project Status

Completed IT Project

The management network is a standalone network that provides restricted access to the major network devices that comprise the campus data network. Much of the campus network monitoring is done across this management network. This upgrade is adding redundant connections and splitting the single subnet into multiple, routed subnets for greated reliability of the management functions.

Customer Benefit

A more reliable management network will help make the general campus network more reliable and easier to maintain.
