In recognition of Cyber Security awareness month this October, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) will survey all CU-Boulder faculty and staff about information security awareness.
Input from faculty and staff will give OIT important feedback to help us enhance future security awareness campaigns and programs. Those who complete the survey by November 9 will be entered for a chance to receive one of several $10 gift cards to a local coffee shop.
Complete the Security Awareness Survey
This week, faculty and staff will receive a separate e-mail from Qualtrics, the campus’ survey tool, inviting you to complete the security awareness survey. The survey should take just two minutes or less to complete, and all who receive it are encouraged to respond candidly and promptly.
Cyber Security Awareness is Key
Everyone plays a role in information security online. Nowadays, many areas of the Internet are unsafe, and those who are uninformed can easily fall prey to security scams and risks when browsing online or checking e-mail. OIT takes information security very seriously and works hard to increase security and awareness across campus.
