The CU Boulder campus is a beautiful place to pursue a challenging and rewarding education.  We look forward to meeting you and serving you during your time here! The links below will provide you with detailed information to help you arrive successfully and attend the MANDATORY International Orientation and Immigration Reporting Session for the Fall 2015 semester.

For students arriving for the Fall 2015 semester:

International Undergraduate Orientation begins on Friday, August 14, 2015.
International Graduate & Exchange Orientation is Saturday, August 22, 2015.

*Please keep in mind when making travel arrangements that you MUST arrive to Boulder to attend your mandatory orientation program. However, all students may enter up to 30 days before the start date listed on your I-20 or DS-2019.

All new international students are invited to attend the Chancellor's Welcome and Orientation Kick-off for new international students taking place on Friday, August 14th!

All new and transfer international undergraduate students enrolling in the Fall 2015 semester will complete the Immigration Reporting Session with ISSS during their Orientation.

All exchange students will complete the Immigration Reporting Session with ISSS AND attend the required Orientation program on August 22, 2015. Note that exchange students attend CU based on reciprocal contracts with international universities--they usually study at Boulder only for one semester or academic year.  If you will receive your degree from CU Boulder, you are not an exchange student.

All graduate students must sign-up for an Immigration Reporting Session AND attend the required Orientation program on August 22, 2015. Registration for the Immigration Reporting Session is required.

New international students are required to attend the International Student Orientation that is appropriate for your level of study, see below:  This is when you will get critical information and advice that will help you adjust and avoid common difficulties!  You will have a chance to meet other new and continuing international students.  

Required: International Undergraduate Student Orientation: All new UNDERGRADUATE, including transfer students!
