Withdrawal Policy

If for any reason you withdraw before or during the course of the program, CU-Boulder's Office of International Education must be notified in writing. If you neglect to put your withdrawal notification in writing, you will be charged the full program fee regardless of when you withdraw. Upon receipt of written notification, the withdrawal fee will be calculated according to the following schedule. The amounts shown on the schedule represent the costs of the program to date. If more than the amount listed below has been paid, a refund will be made for the overpayment. If a balance is still due, that amount must be paid to CU-Boulder.
