3 CU-Boulder students awarded summer 2014 Gilman Scholarships

3 CU-Boulder students have been awarded the Gilman Scholarships for their summer 2014 study abroad programs. The Gilman is a competitive scholarship that is awarded to U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant to help fund their study abroad experiences. The CU-Boulder students who received this scholarship for this summer are: Elizabeth Cummings (Global Seminar: Discover the Past, Archaeology in Greece), Jessica Barnes (CIEE Costa Rica: Monteverde Tropical Ecology & Conservation), and Kaitlyn Swearingen (GlobaLinks Learning Abroad: Internships in Chile).
