Emergency Grants Available for Continuing International Students with Financial Need

Every fall and spring semester International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) disburses limited emergency grant funding for CONTINUING international students with financial emergencies. There are limited funds from 3 sources available this spring. Each fund has different eligibility criteria as follows:

1) The El Mallakh Scholarship is primarily for students from the Middle East or Africa or for students from developing countries.  Students must be in at least their second semester at CU-Boulder.

2) The Michael and Jean Delaney International Scholarship is for students in at least their second year at CU-Boulder.

3) CU-Boulder Grant is for students in at least their second year at CU-Boulder

Please see the application for more detailed eligibility criteria.  Typical awards range from $100-$1,000, depending on circumstances and funding.  The committee has discretion to award higher amounts. Applicants must be careful to follow all instructions or their applications may not be considered.
