If you have been meaning to start working on your job/internship search preparation, but just haven't been able to get to it - this is the workshop for YOU! We will help you jumpstart your preparation, as this workshop will include getting started in Career Services Online (CSO), resume tips, developing your "elevator speech," and strategies/tips to get ready for the SPRING Career & Internship Fair, January 25.
Employers will be looking for those individuals who stand out from the rest. Be that standout!
Puksta Scholarship Information Session

Come hear about The Puksta Scholars, an exemplary undergraduate civic engagement program, which is accepting applications for new 2012-13 scholars. There will be a limited number of $4,500 annual scholarships for students who have a strong commitment to civic responsibility and want to bring about positive change within in our campus and communities. Please note that this scholarship is only available for students who will be freshmen, sophomores or juniors in academic year 2012-13. It is not available for incoming seniors. Congratulations -you attended the SPRING Career & Internship Fair this week! You've met employers and participated in the "fair" experience, now attend this session for ideas strategies/tips on the next steps for you. Topics will include continuing the networking process, submitting a formal application, and discovering additional ways to market yourself.
