- Advises university
personnel on post-award regulations and procedures
- Directs industrial
security program, handles classified documents and classified
security clearance
- Assures that award
agreements are processed appropriately, including University signatures,
account number assignment, and notification to the researcher
- Writes, and is authorized
to sign, subcontract agreements to outside organizations and advises
university personnel on subcontract regulations and procedures
- Assists faculty in
resolving over-expended sponsored project accounts
- Handles no-cost extension
and re-budgeting requests
