Your student government: Rocky Mountain Showdown

Every Buff knows that the Rocky Mountain Showdown between CU and CSU holds a prideful grip upon our black and gold hearts. The rivalry between Colorado and Colorado State is intense, and has been known to bring out sub-optimal characteristics in fans from both sides of the line over the years.

Ride the Buff Bus like a pro

Fellow students give tips on acing the Buff Bus, which connects students who live in Williams Village/Bear Creek with main campus.

Several hundred first-year students take part in 'Day of Service'

Several hundred incoming CU-Boulder students tried their hand helping others during “Day of Service” on Saturday, Aug. 24. The day was an opportunity for first-year students to get out into their new community and experience the needs and culture beyond the borders of the CU campus, according to Jen Ross, director of the Volunteer Resource Center at CU-Boulder, which spearheads the service event.

Tackle Hunger on Sept. 1

The University of Colorado and Colorado State University, the state’s two research institutions, are teaming up to “Tackle Hunger” on the same day Colorado Buffaloes Football and the Rams square off in the annual Rocky Mountain Showdown in Denver, this Sunday, 9/1, 4 p.m. at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. Our campus is constantly under attack by a barrage of attempts to steal personal information, often referred to as phishing. Often these attacks come during holidays when campus IT support is unavailable or has reduced hours.
