Classified Staff increase letters

Classified staff increases went into effect July 1, 2013 and the new pay amounts will be reflected in employee’s July 31 pay. Employee Services (formerly PBS) is sending letters to employees outlining the changes to their pay. Employees are encouraged to look for their letters in the mail this week and to review the Classified Compensation FAQ on the HR website.

Campus construction update: Summer projects to wind down before fall semester

Facilities Management is taking advantage of summer break to undertake a number of utilities and site upgrade projects that will help maintain a safe, functional environment. The next three weeks will be crucial to our progress.

FSAP Workshops: Parenting - Love and Logic® course starts July 18

Love and Logic® is a common-sense approach that provides educators and parents easy-to-learn skills that create respect, responsibility and good decision-making in children and youth. A well-known and trusted name, for over 30 years Love and Logic® has been serving parents and educators with practical and effective solutions that work right away. Facilitated by Ben Leonard, a counselor working with faculty and staff for the FSAP (Faculty and Staff Assistance Program) at the University of Colorado on the Boulder Campus.

Request your Fall 2013 D2L courses now

If you’re teaching a course in the fall and are planning to use Desire2Learn (D2L), now is great time to request your course. Requesting your course now will allow you to maximize the available time to develop your course. To request a course, instructors should log in to MyCUInfo and choose the Course Tools tab in Teaching Tools to “Request Desire2Learn Course.” More info.

Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is offering a new “Communications” workshop.
