Staff Council Update: Celebrating 50 years of staff representation

The Boulder Campus Staff Council (BCSC) hosted a reunion of past and current members on April 18 to celebrate 50 years of service. Margaret Kneebone had the distinction of having the earliest service date, starting at CU in 1969 and beginning her service on Staff Council a few years later. She served on council one elected year and 26 additional years in a non-elected support role. Later in her career, she was honored as an honorary lifetime member of staff council.

Three CU students win prestigious national Goldwater scholarships

Three University of Colorado Boulder students -- Brittany Earle, Mike Lotto and Jeni Sorli, all from the College of Engineering and Applied Science -- have been awarded prestigious Goldwater Scholarships.

2013 spring commencement security measures

The University of Colorado Boulder works diligently to provide for the safety of our graduates, their families, and their friends during Spring 2013 Commencement Exercises. If you are planning to attend the spring commencement ceremony on Friday, May 10, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the security measures in place for the ceremony.

Commencement week traffic and parking information

The CU-Boulder spring commencement ceremony will be held Friday, May 10, at 8:30 a.m., and colleges and schools also will hold individual ceremonies on campus next week. Please plan accordingly. The semester is almost over! Register now for the 16th COLTT conference

The semester is almost over! Registration is now open for the 16th Colorado Learning and Teaching with Technology conference (COLTT) to be held at the Wolf Law Building on the CU-Boulder Campus on Wednesday, Aug. 7, and Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013. Early registration rates are available through July 17.
