CU-Boulder continues a rich jazz tradition

Jazz is flourishing on the CU-Boulder campus where big band pioneer Glenn Miller attended school in the 1920s and where today’s music students are making recordings that earn national attention.

Since 1996, when the Jazz Studies Program was formally established at CU-Boulder, the program has been distinguishing itself as a place where future generations of jazz masters are being trained and where community appreciation for jazz is advanced year round.

CU Athletics honors its academic best

CU Parents Association Honors 2013 Faculty/Staff Award Winners

Sixteen University of Colorado Boulder faculty and staff members recently received 2013 Marinus G. Smith Recognition Awards from the CU Parents Association (CUPA). The award recognizes CU-Boulder faculty and staff who have had a significant impact on CU-Boulder’s undergraduate student population. Students and parents were asked to nominate candidates who were deserving of this recognition.

DECA team wins gold

CU Collegiate DECA Takes Home the Gold

At the annual International Career Development Conference for Collegiate DECA, several Leeds School of Business travelled to Anaheim, California and competed in various business events. Five students represented the school in the competition; two of which earned the first place prize in Business Law.
