Next Thursday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m., our Colorado Buffaloes will take on the ASU Sun Devils in our home stadium. This will be a nationally televised event and what better way to show your CU Buffalo pride then arriving early to the game and staying classy.

We encourage you to have a good time and always remember you are not only representing yourself but the University of Colorado.

Buffs under the spotlight; Media coverage of a football game

With the ever-expanding coverage of college football and the addition of conference TV partners and networks, there are very few opportunities for the entire college football-watching world to be focused on one game. ESPN's Thursday Night Football will bring that singular moment to the University of Colorado Boulder campus on Thursday, Oct. 11. As the rest of campus prepares traffic plans, student events and classroom and building logistics, Athletics’ media relations and sports information staff is going into high gear to ready CU-Boulder for the national spotlight.

Construction on 18th & Colorado for new campus utility system

A project to install a new campus utility system is currently focused on 18th & Colorado. The patience of the campus community is greatly appreciated during this temporary disruption.

Paid research study! Romantic couples and pain processing

Researchers at CU-Boulder seek heterosexual romantic couples 18-55 years old with no neurological impairment, no current or past major psychiatric disorder, and no metal implants/pacemakers for laboratory and brain imaging (fMRI) studies to assess the effects of social support on pain processing. We use heat, similar to holding a cup of hot coffee. Compensation provided ($12-24/hour per partner). Please contact us to participate.

Law School fair attracts 123 law schools to CU-Boulder Oct. 15

Admissions representatives from 123 Law Schools will attend the Law School Fair Monday Oct. 15 in the UMC Ballroom from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. This is the largest number of law schools ever to come to a law fair in Colorado. At noon Dean Reyes Aquilar from Utah Law will give a presentation on "Financing your Legal Education" in the Aspen room, UMC 287. The event is free and open to all.
