The first phase of construction on a campus utility system is beginning this week. Once complete in 2014, the system will provide efficient heating, cooling and power capacity, while significantly reducing the university’s carbon emissions. This all-day event will include 4 panel discussions and will feature a keynote address by Dr. John Holdren, science advisor to President Barack Obama.
