Although CU-Boulder is a very safe place, unfortunate things can happen. Make smart choices regarding your personal safety and educate yourself so you can safely enjoy the natural environment of Boulder and the surrounding foothills and mountains.

Williams Village earns local green building award

When students begin unpacking their bags in Williams Village North later this month, they’ll be settling in to what could be the “greenest” place they’ve ever called home. The residence hall recently earned the distinction of “Best Green Multi-Residential Building” at the first annual Boulder Valley Green Building Awards.

Students experience 'weightlessness' during NASA summer program

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be weightless? CU undergraduates Mike Lotto, Andrew Broucek, Kirstyn Johnson, Chris Nie, Kyle Shannon and Jared Yenzer got to experience the feeling for the first time July 19-20 when their team flew an experiment on NASA’s reduced gravity aircraft.

Campus construction update

Students, faculty and others returning to campus this week will notice some new construction sites. Please accept this temporary inconvenience. Facilities Management is working on several exciting projects that will make our campus a better place to teach, learn, study, live and recreate.
