The Commission has completed a long and difficult process in its efforts to help the University address issues related to athletics as well as the campus at large.

Many of the reports recommendations are consistent with recommendations emerging from the other internal and external reviews now being completed.

We will move quickly to assess all the observations and recommendations from Dr. DiBiaggio, our own internal audit, the Boulder Faculty Assembly, and the independent and internal investigations so that we can make informed decisions about the future of the athletics department and football program.

We expect to remain on track in our plan to announce those decisions by the end of the month.
