It is not appropriate for us to comment on anyone’s guilt or innocence. But we can say that the Boulder campus has instituted the most stringent rules in the country governing conduct around recruiting practices and we’re committed to making sure that everyone – from the top to the bottom – understands and follows those rules. We will continue to be vigilant in ensuring that the reforms we’ve implemented take root.
