CU Announces Settlement in Lisa Simpson Case

University of Colorado President Hank Brown today announced a settlement in the case of Lisa Simpson, who sued the university in a Title IX-related lawsuit involving the Boulder campus Athletics Department.

Details of the Title IX Settlement will be posted on the CU system Web site at www.cu.edu/news.
